Official Refund & Uptime Commitment Standards

1. Milestone-Based Refund Protection

Because our work follows defined milestone approvals, if TechSavvy IT Ltd. fails to deliver the agreed functional specifications in Phase 1 before design approval, a pro-rata refund minus incurred domain/server registration fees will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Domain name registrations (.com, .bd, .com.bd), third-party SSL certificates, and activated SMS gateway credits are non-refundable once registered with international or BTCL registry operators.

3. Cloud Uptime SLA Guarantee

Our NVMe BDIX cloud hosting provides a 99.99% monthly uptime guarantee. If verified server downtime exceeds 0.1% in any calendar month due to hardware failure, clients receive equivalent hosting service credit.
