Terms of Service

1. Project Agreements & Scope

All software development, ERP engineering, web design, and digital marketing services provided by TechSavvy IT Ltd. are governed by a mutually executed statement of work (SOW) detailing deliverables, milestones, and timelines.

2. Milestone Payments

Standard development contracts adhere to a 3-tier payment schedule (50% project commencement, 30% staging demonstration approval, 20% live handover). Work on subsequent phases commences following receipt of milestone disbursements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final settlement of project dues, the client receives full ownership of customized frontend code and proprietary business workflows created specifically for their deployment.

4. Support & Maintenance

Projects include 30 days of warranty support post-launch. Extended coverage is provided via our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
